Summary

My Client is a well-established Precision company in the Cheshire area where they are looking to hire a fully skilled machinist for one of its CNC Turner position.

Key Responsibilities

• Time-served, fully skilled machinist

• Experience in manufacturing low-volume, high-quality instrument or aerospace components

• Proficiency with Fanuc controls

• Diligent and flexible approach with a keen eye for detail

• Strong understanding of geometrical and dimensional tolerancing

• Self-disciplined, able to stay focused when unsupervised

• Capable of using initiative to efficiently progress work through the section and achieve productivity goals
  

Key Skills

You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to manufacture high-precision components in short and medium batches using a wide variety of materials. A passion for quality is essential, and you should have experience using various inspection equipment to monitor product quality throughout the production process.
